 "Very good " 2005-11-15
By Hank To (San Jose, CA. USA)
I bought this sauce pan last week. The quality is very good. The handle design is quite comfortable. I tested the even heat distribution by broiling the water and watched the water bubbles forming at the bottom of the pan. I found no hot spot. It responded to the change in the heat setting is average. It's kind of heavier than All-Clad LTD for the same size of pan. I'm not sure about how long it will last under the normal daily usage yet. For the initial impression, this Calphalon One Non-stick cookware can stand up to the more expensive cookware such as All-Clad - LTD, Stainless steel, MC2. Look for the bargain. It's worth the cost.

 "Love Cuisinart Cookware" 2009-10-20
By M. White (Kerrville, TX)
I have most other Cuisinart hard anodized cookware pieces (saucepans, saute pans, stockpot, etc.), but I didn't have a 12-inch pan. I have only used this 1 time, but I fell in love immediately. I thought I would not like having a long handle, but because it is so large, I think it is best not to have the long handle. It takes a little getting used to using the 2 shorter handles, but I think it will be fine when I get used to them. Also, wanted a cover. It worked great---very even heating and a breeze to clean.

Highly recommend this 12-inch saute pan.

 "Perfect Pan" 2009-10-07
By Mom B (North Carolina)
This is a perfect pan. I love the weight and the non-stick feature, great heat distribution and a great value. I use it for lots of one-pan meals for my family.

 "loved it" 2009-10-05
By Berthe D. Racavich (South florida)
Wow what a great product for the money. I love it. More than satisfiedin Florida

 "It's Perfect" 2009-09-17
By Melinda R. Miller (Fox Island, WA USA)
This is the second everyday pan that I have owned, but the first Cuisinart pan. It is perfect! There is enough surface area on the bottom to fit several pieces of meat for even cooking. Cleanup is a breeze. I will always have one in my kitchen.

"Wish the pan had deeper sides" 2009-09-08
By Penmouse
I love the shape and design of this pan and have used it to cook just about everything. The only drawback with the pan is the shallow sides. Food has a tendency to fly out of the pan because of this.

Plusses: The pan cooks evenly and food does not stick.

A saucepan, one of the workhorses of the kitchen, is used for everything from cooking sauces or rice to re-heating soup or chili. The pan's made of hard-anodized, a material preferred for its even heat distribution, giving you even heating throughout pan, even up the sides. The nonstick cooking surface means you don't need to worry about food sticking or about scrubbing dirty pans--clean-up is a breeze.

 "perfect pot" 2007-08-23
By Francine Weistrop (New England)
This is a perfect size, keeps heat well, is easy to clean and makes watching the cooking easy with the glass cover. The glass cover is definitely an asset and Iwish my other Circulon pots had come with similar covers.

 "Nice saucepan" 2007-03-22
By Mel M (Austin, TX)
I have the 10-piece Circulon Elite set, and purchased this pot to go with that set. It's bigger than the saucepans that come in the set, so it's a nice addition. It's a bit taller and narrower than other saucepans of similar size, which I find helps to balance the pan when it's full and I'm lifting it between the stove and other locations. It heats evenly and it seems to be of good quality.

 "Great new pot" 2006-08-23
By Donna Ferguson (Florida)
Great addition to my set of these pots & pans. It's nice to have the glass tops to peek inside. The rubberize handles make them nice to use. Everything cooks even and is easy to clean up.
