The sloped sides & depth of this pan make it an ideal "go to" piece of cookware. With the non-stick finish, you can get a nice browning on whatever food you are preparing & still enjoy an easy clean-up. I really like the glass lid as you can see whatever you have bubbling in there without raising the lid & losing heat. We may very well use this pan every day, just as the name suggests! Great for serious cooks as well as the novice.

This is the best non-stick pan I have ever owned. It is light-weight, the smaller handles make it easy to use on stovetop with other pans and nothing sticks to it.
I have made everything from eggs to fish to steak in this pan and they all turn out beautifully. I had received the KitchenAid stainless steel set for Christmas (which I like) but since getting this pan I have not touched my stainless steel frying pans. It is safe to say that I use this at least 5 times a week.
It is super easy clean-up in the sink with just a little soap and sponge.
I told my husband that all our relatives will be getting this pan as gifts. Not only is the price terrific but it is so versatile that every cook, whether skilled or not, would put it to great use.

I've used this pan for about 2 years and am now searching for an alternative. It has gotten so warped that it no longer heats evenly across the bottom. We like to pan sear steaks and chops, and it's a real hassle when the pan does not heat evenly. We use an LG electric glass cooktop and have not seen this problem with other pots or pans. The warping began about 6 months in and has gotten progressively worse. I think that the problem is that the pan is the same thickness (or thinness) all over. That makes it very lightweight, but also keeps it from sitting flat on the stove. I hope one with a thicker bottom will work better and for longer. Sorry that I could not be more positive.
p.s. When they say wash by hand, they mean it. The dishwasher leaves ugly spots all over the surface. Not a factor for us, but if you like pretty pots, something to consider.

Finally got my Cuisinart pan today after having horrible incompetent delivery by UPS. After fighting with UPS for two days just to have my package delivered because of a lazy driver, I finally had the opportunity to use the pan and loved it. Will probably use it almost everyday.

Bought one of these for myself and another for my son and daughter-in-law. Very handy. I like the stay-cool handles and the glass lid, which I also use with the Cuisinart 12" fry pan. The Everyday Pan is a little lighter than the long-handled fry pan, which makes it easier to handle, but the fry pan is better for high heat jobs. Having both is the best of both worlds.
